What happens if I’m out?
We always prefer parcels to be signed for but if you are not in please make sure you complete our delivery instructions form on your order. That way the courier can leave it either with a neighbour or in a secure place. You must leave us a signed note at the delivery address for the driver to take away with him as a signature. Parcels are left at your own risk if not signed for.
Tracking my delivery
Once your order has been despatched we will send you an email from our courier company, DPD or APC to say it is on its way. You will be given a consignment number which you can use to track your delivery via DPD’s website. www.dpd.co.uk or APC’s website https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking

We trust our product so much our own removal teams use them for all of our home moving, office move and storage clients. If however you are unhappy with our product or they do not meet your expectations on delivery then please get in touch with us so we can help to sort it out. It is imperative that you contact us first before returning them to us as we need to issue you with a returns number. To obtain your authorisation code please call our customer services department on 01494 774186 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please do not return your items without an authorisation code as we will be unable to issue you with an exchange or refund.
Money Back Guarantee
We offer all of our customers a money back guarantee or exchange if the goods are returned to us unused and/or undamaged. If they were damaged on receipt to you then we will also refund the delivery charge. If however we receive the goods back used or in a non-resalable condition the delivery charges will not be refunded. We would recommend that when you are retuning your items you use a trackable and signed for method so that they can’t be lost.
